Damaged or Missing Items
Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your goods to ensure that the packaging is intact and all items are in good condition before signing for them. We recommend checking for any visible tears, indents, or crumpled areas in the packaging, which may indicate potential damage. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at hello@cosysofas.com.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. And a full refund will be issued

Cooling-Off Period
Should you change your mind about your purchase, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel your order. To cancel, we require written communication from you within this timeframe. You may reach out via email at hello@cosysofas.com or by letter.

Return Costs and Re-delivery Fees
The product may be returned within 14 days for a full refund if there is a manufacturing fault. If it is a change of mind or wrong sizing / color ordered there would be a 40% restocking fee along with a £79 collections fee with no exceptions
